Domestic Shipping for the United States of America

We ship USPS, UPS, and FedEx based off the most efficient cost and speed. Tracking information will always be sent to the email given during checkout to inform you of the carrier and delivery date. Delivery dates vary based on weekends and holidays. On average, most packages will be delivered within 4-7 business days.

International Shipping

We ship USPS, UPS, and FedEx based off the most efficient cost and speed. Tracking information will always be sent to the email given during checkout to inform you of the carrier and delivery date. Delivery dates vary based on weekends, holidays, and the time it takes for the package to clear customs. On average, most packages will be delivered within 7-15 business days. All custom duties, taxes and fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Address Changes

We can only update shipping addresses for orders being shipped within the United States of America. If you need to change your shipping address, contact us within 30 minutes of placing your order via the Contact form, with the subject “Attn: Address Change [Your Order Number].” Be sure to include both the original incorrect shipping address and the new address you'd like your order to be sent to. The email address used to place your order and the one you use in the contact form must match. After 30 minutes, address changes will no longer be possible.

Order Modifications 

Once an order is placed, we are unable to modify it, including changes to item quantities or coupon codes. If you need to make a change, cancel your order within 30 minutes by submitting the Contact form, with the subject “Attn: Cancel [Your Order Number].” A full refund will be issued. After 30 minutes, cancellations will no longer be possible.

Canceling Orders

Undelivered Shipments

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, ownership and responsibility for the shipment transfer to the customer. However, we understand that delivery issues can occasionally occur and are happy to assist. If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please allow up to 7 additional days for the package to arrive. If the package has still not been received after this time, contact us via our Contact form with the subject line “Attn: Undelivered [Your Order Number].” Upon receiving your request, we will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier, which may take up to 7 business days. If the carrier is unable to locate the package after the investigation period, we will issue a store credit for the order subtotal (excluding shipping fees) to your account. If an account was not created at the time of purchase, a coupon code for the order subtotal will be provided instead. Store credits and coupon codes are valid for 6 months from the date of issuance. Please note that we are not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout. Monetary refunds are not issued for shipments marked as delivered by the carrier.
